Drive territory revenue by acquiring new clients and growing key accounts for logistics services. Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, coordinate with operations, negotiate contracts, maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports, and meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key accounts within the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong experience in logistics sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue generation within the assigned territory
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries for logistics services
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure repeat business
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plans
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition insights
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively
- Track sales performance and maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics / supply chain sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong network and client base in the Bangalore/Nelamangala region preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and distribution services
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
