Drive territory sales by developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with electricians and contractors, conducting field visits and product demonstrations, analyzing sales data, collaborating with marketing, and representing the company at industry events to meet sales targets.
As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical field and the ability to build relationships with electricians and key stakeholders. You will work closely with the L7 - IN - INDOASIAN - Trade Sales department to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
