Positions in this function design, develop, and implement customized technical material for various publications (which may require the research and translation of technical information), including but not limited to tutorials, manuals, and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users. May produce content for embedded user assistance technology. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Produces products that meet the needs of consumers, satisfy technical requirements, and conform to the company documentation standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain external & internal documentation/communications for the Value Connect Product team
• Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
• Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
• Tailor documentation based on the appropriate audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Adhere to applicable internal and external technical writing standards (e.g., internal style guides and technical writing industry standards)
• Provides explanations and information to others
• Serves as a resource to others
• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Translates concepts into practice
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
Required Qualifications:

• Graduation - B Tech, MBA
• 3+ years of documentation and technical writing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge on US Healthcare and Value Based Care
  • Understanding of healthcare data
  • Population health, affordability and care management workflows
• Knowledge on SQL & Data Skills
• Technical Skills
  • Experience with:
    • User Guides platform such as Madcap Flare
    • Documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.)
    • Version control (Git preferred)
  • Understanding of:
    • Software development lifecycle (Agile/SAFe) and tools like Rally
