What you'll do:
- Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission- critical). .
- Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
- Ability to act as a mentor and guide other employees. Ability to provide direction and guidance to process improvements.
- Ability to articulate clearly, recommend and explain resolutions /clients.
- Understand and utilize ITIL.
- Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
What you need to bring:
- First Level University degree: BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
- Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- We are looking for you to join our team as a Kubernetes and Docker Engineer to debug issues, find the cause and provide the solutions of Kubernetes Docker and related technologies for us.
- Responsible for overall Configuring and maintaining/ supporting a large scale Docker based environment using Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Docker and Kubernetes environment.
- Ensure proper operational aspects including monitoring, reporting, backup for both Docker hosts and associated images and containers.
- Good Understanding of Linux and Networking concepts.
- General operational expertise such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, basic of memory, cpu, OS, storage and networks.
- Good knowledge of airflow, spark, sql, livy, superset, kubeflow, mlflow, feast, ray.
- Intermediate Shell Scripting skills and Basic programming skills ideally in Java or Python.
- Should be a self-starter who is excited about learning new technology.
- Good Understanding of Hadoop Architecture and understanding of distributed systems and distributed computation.
- Self-driven, Ability to work independently and as part of a team with proven track record.
- Open to working non-standard hours (Night Shifts) including weekends.
Good understanding of AI/ML is added advantage.
