Expands optical transmission network business in India by designing technical solutions, responding to RFPs, presenting to customers, managing key enterprise and government accounts, and supporting revenue and margin growth. Collaborates with sales, account management, PLM, R&D, and post-sales teams to address customer requirements, ensure product fit, and deliver optical network solutions.
As Solution Selling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our optical transmission network business in India. You will be responsible for technical solutions, engaging with customers, and driving revenue and margin growth. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure product fitment and develop strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop key accounts, focusing on enterprise and government customers.
- Lead technical solution design and respond to RFPs, ensuring a strong fit with customer requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and advocate for our optical transmission network solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to drive business growth.
- Engage with PLM and R&D teams to address customer technical and feature requirements.
- Ensure order intake and achieve revenue and margin targets for allocated accounts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in optical networks, datacenter, and subsea connectivity.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the post-sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You Have:
- A minimum of 13+ years of experience in the optical transmission network domain is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in DWDM network designing and optical transport network solution design is essential.
- Proficiency in planning tools for optical networks is a must-have.
- A strong understanding of the latest trends in optical networks, datacenter, and subsea connectivity is desired.
- An engineering degree is a prerequisite for this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
