The Role
We are now looking for a Technical Recruiter based in India to help us scale our engineering and product teams across multiple time zones. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and love building exceptional teams, we’d love to hear from you!
Working within a small, well established team, you will deliver an efficient recruitment process for our Engineering team. You will quickly develop an understanding of INSTANDA, including our roles and requirements. You will be creative with your direct sourcing methods and you understand the importance of building a strong employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.
This is an India based fully remote role. Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
What you will do
- Source, engage, and nurture top technical talent in India and globally using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and relationship building with both active and passive candidates.
- Proactively managing and screening candidates to determine their skill level and compatibility for our Engineering team, or identifying alternative opportunities for which candidates might be more aligned.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate with UK-based stakeholders and ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.
- Maintaining our applicant tracking system, Workable, providing regular reporting and management information to internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company in a compelling, authentic way to attract top-tier talent.
- Adhere to INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines and best practices to protect our company and our clients.
- Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company.
- 3+ years of experience as an in house technical recruiter, preferably for international clients or startups/SaaS companies
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles and stacks, including Full-stack, DevOps, Cloud, Product, and others, with strong proficiency in hiring for Microsoft technologies such as Azure, C#, and .NET.
- Experience of working in a high complexity, high volume environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise your work, focussing your time on high value tasks.
- Exceptional professional communication and interpersonal skills
- You are skilled at managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a drive to get things right.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Proven track record of filling roles quickly and with high-quality candidates
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and across time zones
In addition to core job requirements, we ask that you:
- Have a high level of proficiency in English
- Can work a schedule that generally overlaps with a typical UK work day (9am to 5:30pm GMT)
