Managing and leading Identity and Access Management projects include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project. Ensure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. Partner with key stakeholders to define goals, success criteria and measurable outcomes for delivering ongoing value. Provide effective day-to-day leadership of an agile product team by defining the vision and directing execution of a digital product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the Identity and Access Management projects which includes planning, setting schedules for all the stakeholders and executing each step of the project. Ensure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope.
- Project reviews and cost estimations, budget planning , tracking and managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Managing and improving velocity and quality of outputs. Create management, communication plans and processes.
- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties. Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
- Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project. Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
- Lead day-to-day execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more Agile Scrum teams. Represent the Customer to the Product team. Lead team without direct leadership responsibilities.
- Partner with UX Design Lead and Software Engineering Lead to define roadmap, backlog and sprint plans. Author user stories and provide context for product vision, strategy and requirements.
- Create compelling product vision - develop and execute product roadmap with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Understand business strategy and customer goals.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the customer and business and regularly monitor progress toward goals. Regularly track and share progress with stakeholders and team.
- Represent the Product to the business - Act as the key point of contact to consult with product stakeholders and determine strategic roadmap prioritized list of feature improvements.
- Identify new opportunities to drive value and deepen customer relationship through ongoing assessment of customer needs and goals. Adjust product strategy in partnership with leadership.
- Manage annual product budget to effectively deliver products in collaboration with Product Owner - Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation Degree in any stream (B.E/B.Tech is preferred ). Good to have Post Graduation Degree in any stream
- 7+ years of experience in managing projects preferably in technology domain.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management
Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software - Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully - Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts and rationale.
- Must possess a solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices.
