Technical Program Manager/Quality Lead – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Project Management of NAND Flash Memory Product Design
o Develop and manage project schedules.
o Identify task dependencies and perform critical chain analysis.
o Collaborate and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Quality Management
o Conduct root cause analysis of design bugs.
o Oversee change management processes.
o Perform DFMEA for risk management.
o Support audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
· 2+ years of Project Management experience in semiconductor industry
· 4+ years of experience in Digital, Analog, or Memory Design.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
· Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prochain)
· Excellent Communication skills and effective Collaboration
· Experience with 8D Analysis.
Work Schedule & Location
· Staggered hybrid hours preferred:
o Onsite: 1:00–6:00 PM IST
o Remote: 7:30–10:30 PM IST
