As a Technical Assistant, you will help support and act as a point person for your department as well as the worldwide learning community here at CG Spectrum. You will be responsible for actively engaging with students and fellow TAs across the Slack community. Through the use of praise, constructive feedback, and feed-forward critique you will help navigate students through their coursework and personal projects while providing success strategies from your own experience.
To help drive additional student success, you will also create ‘TA Challenges’ and host/participate in a wide variety of channel activities. These will directly correspond with related coursework or student focus areas, oftentimes through collaboration with mentors and other TA departments.
