• Salesforce Industries’ goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Our Architects are key players in this objective, as they can demonstrate native Industry Cloud functionality to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customization

• The Technical Architect will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. The Technical Architect will be responsible for successfully designing and building the Salesforce industry-specific Tableau solutions.

• The Technical Architect maintains an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. As a Technical Architect, you will become a deep product guide for Analytics, having a strong focus on the salesforce platform (e.g. Sales, Service, Community, and Einstein Clouds) and work closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

• Innovative thinking, delivery excellence, and thought leadership to help our clients transform their business

Job Requirement:

• 10+ years of working with Tableau and data analytics.

• Proven track record and portfolio of successful work in BI Visual Analytics (Tableau/CRMA examples will be required)

• Strong SQL skills, data source compliance, and standard processes

• Ability to design Symantec data layer for visualization

• Experience building custom Tableau dashboards, migration projects, Tableau prep builder, and Einstein Discovery.

• Define the process for Usage Matrices and insights

• Ability to lead a team of visualization developers

• Define BI guidelines, and report-development run book to enable self-service where applicable

• Define the process for CI/CD automation, platform monitoring, automation of user onboarding, and authorization/permissions

• Build tool-kits and templates to facilitate the accelerated creation of dashboards and ad-hoc reports

• Create processes to rapidly iterate, prototype, and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills.

• Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, understanding business needs to present data in a clear way telling the stories as they relate to the data

• Partner with the sales and presales team to build BI-related solutions and proposals.

• Ideate an end-to-end architecture for a given problem statement.

Preferred Requirements:

• Certified on Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant

• Knowledge on CRM Analytics or Salesforce is a plus

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
