• Able to Present status report to stakeholders.
• Able to coordinate/schedule meetings within team, developer's teams and with stakeholders.
• Able to explain technical terms to stakeholders.
• Able to pass the stakeholders expectations to the team.
• Able to coordinate different development teams and collate the response to share with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Debugging Skills.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Previous work experience with application and software development.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Agile Methodology.
• Proficient in Triggers, Apex, LWC.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
