Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Lead-Design/Integration to lead our team of Integrators and work closely to improve end-to-end process, quality and TAT's.
Team Lead needs to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Set clear team goals, Delegate tasks and set deadlines, Oversee day-to-day operation, Monitor team performance, report on metrics and discover training needs and provide coaching.
You will also be quick to react, have confidence in your decisions, and to ensure the build meets client expectations and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and coach the team of Integrators (HTML/Wordpress) and Designers.
- Set quality standards and best practice build processes for our Custom WordPress sites
- Manage resources and tasks across the team
- Track and manage projects to ensure they are completed by the deadlines
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Lead by setting a good example (role model) –behavior consistent with words
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Encourage creativity and constant improvement
- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
- Coordinate with cross - functional teams as necessary
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as TeamLead/Coordinator
- Good exposure on Photoshop, HTMLS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress and Jquery
- Hands on experience with markup languages
- Good exposure on "PSD to HTML conversion"
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design,development and deployment)
- Understanding of design aesthetics
- Familiarity with softwares like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Education:
Graduates in Computer Science/IT
Shift Timings:
Should be flexible with any shift timings and Male candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift
