Are you passionate about finding the right people and creating exceptional candidate experiences? Nexaminds is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a strong, diverse, and talented workforce.

Location: Coimbatore, India

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various levels and functions.
  • Experience in IT recruitment.
  • A great collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working with people.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job duties:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to top talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition technologies.
