Responsibilities and Tasks:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in exchange Online/On premise server with Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, and support. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the optimal performance of M365 services. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange Server.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNote.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

As part of your responsibilities you will be required to:

• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for Exchange Online/On premise issues including other M365 services like, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 services, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of M365 services within the broader IT infrastructure.
• Working in shifts : Candidates must be prepared to work in rotational shifts.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• PowerShell Scripting: Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and streamline administrative processes.
• Migration Projects: Assist in planning and executing migration projects, including data migration to M365 services from on-premises or other cloud platforms.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
