Job Description: Supervisor – Boomi AI Solutions
Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor – Boomi AI Solutions to support the design and development of AI-powered business solutions using the Boomi platform. This role focuses on applying AI/ML to real-world business challenges and delivering scalable, practical solutions using Boomi’s emerging AI capabilities.
The Team
You will work with colleagues in India and the US on client engagements across multiple industries, combining expertise in integration, automation, and AI to build solutions that streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and create new business opportunities. Our practice is rapidly growing, with a strong pipeline of projects leveraging emerging technologies like Boomi AI. We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Design, build, and deliver AI-driven solutions using Boomi AI alongside other enterprise integration and automation technologies.
- Work with global delivery teams to develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Stay current with AI/ML technologies and contribute to applying them within the Boomi ecosystem.
- Develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and technical best practices.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day technical support to junior team members.
- Contribute to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and practice enablement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution development or integration roles.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, automation).
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML framework or service (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, OpenAI APIs).
- Strong experience with Boomi integration and automation, with the ability to extend solutions using AI/ML; exposure to other integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Boomi Agent Studio and related components including Marketplace, Designer, Garden, and Control Tower.
- Open to learning and working with other iPaaS platforms and their emerging AI solutions as needed.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Understanding of how AI can be embedded into ERP, CRM, or business application workflows.
- Experience contributing to reusable accelerators or solution components for integration/automation platforms.
- Exposure to agile delivery methods and DevOps tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira).
