Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled former consultant with 8+ years of consulting experience and robust data analysis skills to join the operations team in our Customer Organization. This role involves leading strategic analysis, performing in-depth data analysis, collaborating across departments, and delivering executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate will utilize their full consulting skill set to drive impactful initiatives within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives

Drive an organization wide strategic planning process for Support, Services, Success, Community, & Training
Data Analysis:
-
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions

Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support strategic planning and execution
Communication:
-
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior leadership, including the Chief Customer Officer and other Customer Organization leaders
-
Effectively communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
Collaboration and Reporting:
-
Work closely with finance, revenue operations, and other departments to drive cross-functional analyses, reporting, and planning processes
Qualifications:
-
Experience: At least 5- 8 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm required. Bonus if you have experience in a B2B SaaS environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) are preferred

Skills:

Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations

Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

Helpful if you have experience with either R or SQL

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
