Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (code reviews, unit testing, etc.).
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Implement software that is simple to use, allowing customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and promote knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Hands-on AI-based coding expertise with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
• 10+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript (or a similar object-oriented programming language).
• Passion for the Web as a platform, with emphasis on reusability and componentization.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Familiarity with RDF and SPARQL is very nice to have, but not a hard requirement. Experience with other graph databases or graph technologies would also be helpful.
• Experience working with relational databases, including development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to multiple technology stacks: cloud development, platforms, web development, frameworks, or service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes; may serve as a functional lead or technical owner.
