As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead high-impact product initiatives, define strategy, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions, and mentoring junior product managers and product owners.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Process Automation and Intelligent Document Processing products
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery
  • Own key metrics, analyze data, and iterate based on customer feedback and performance insights
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Influence executive leadership and stakeholders by communicating product vision and progress
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence in product management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes

Required Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong technical acumen with experience working with engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Experience with IDP, RPA, Process Automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required)
