Overview

Socure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ‘swiss-army-knife’ Senior IT Staff Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End User Compute, including but not limited to Mobile Device Management, Identity Access Management, Data-Loss Prevention fundamentals and extensive experience with administering SaaS tools. This role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our IT infrastructure and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

  • Manage and support our end-user hardware fleet using tools such as Apple Business Manager, JAMF Pro and VMWare Workspace One.

  • Implement, maintain & optimize MDM policies to ensure device security and compliance.

  • Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile device issues.

Identity Access Management (IAM):

  • Administer and manage identity and access solutions, primarily using Okta.

  • Ensure secure, scalable, efficient user access to company resources.

  • Monitor and audit access controls to maintain security standards.

SaaS Tool Administration & Integrations:

  • Manage and support various SaaS tools, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian (JIRA Service Management, JIRA Software, Confluence).

  • Implement best practices for the configuration and use of SaaS applications.

  • Provide end-user training and support across our SaaS Ecosystem.

IT Infrastructure and Support:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT systems.

Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.

  • Document and communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes.

Compliance and Security:

  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive team-wide maturity with respect to ITSM & ITIL frameworks. 

  • Provide cross-functional assistance & support with our Security & GRC functions with regular security assessments and audits.

  • Maintain & optimize our Data Loss Prevention solutions. 

  • Stay updated with the latest security threats & mitigations pertaining to any piece of technology under IT’s purview. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on End User Compute.

  • Proven experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as JAMF Pro and VMWare Workspace One.

  • JAMF 200 Certification or above required 

  • Strong knowledge of Identity Access Management fundamentals

  • Extensive experience with SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom & Atlassian.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.

  • Apple Certification such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)

  • Experience with innovative GenAI, Cloud, Zero Trust platforms (ChatGPT, AWS, Cloudflare to name a few) 

  • Experience supporting Cloud ZTNAs (eg Cloudflare), DLP, Endpoint Security solutions etc.
