You will: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. 
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

​​Your team will: 

  • Work on complex and challenging problems that drive the core of our business.
  • Develop innovative solutions that enhance our data collaboration platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to the overall improvement of engineering practices. 

About you: 

  • Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or similar role. 
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
