We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Technology Analyst specializing in HubSpot to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the HubSpot platform and have a proven track record of implementing, optimizing, and managing HubSpot solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities to leverage HubSpot functionalities to improve efficiency.
- Tasked with developing campaign HTMLs by utilizing Figma files or PDFs provided by the design team.
- Design, configure, and deploy HubSpot solutions, including marketing automation, CRM integration, lead management, and analytics.
- Provide expert guidance on HubSpot best practices, offering strategic insights to maximize platform utilization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients and internal teams with HubSpot knowledge and capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HubSpot platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all things HubSpot.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Technology Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on HubSpot, as well as other MarTech platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and Eloqua.
- In-depth understanding of the Marketing side of HubSpot platform. (sales, and service hubs plus).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Certifications is MarTech Platforms is Plus.
