Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT
Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across
the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT roles while working
with US clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle the full
recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.
- Work on Direct Client,
Implementation Partner, and Prime Vendor requirements.
- Understand job
descriptions and technical requirements thoroughly.
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates using
job portals such as Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Boolean search
techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a
strong pipeline of IT professionals.
3. Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial HR and
technical screenings.
- Evaluate candidates
based on skills, experience, visa status, and cultural fit.
- Validate candidate
experience, communication skills, and availability.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all candidate
submissions meet client compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper
documentation (resume, RTR – Right to Represent, work authorization).
- Handle different visa
types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
5. Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate pay
rates/salaries with candidates.
- Manage offer discussions
and onboarding process.
- Ensure successful
placement and follow-up.

IT technologies
- Ability to understand
technical job descriptions and match candidates.
Recruitment Tools & Platforms
- Experience with:
- ATS (Applicant Tracking
Systems)

- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with
recruitment tools and CRM systems.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with
US clients and candidates effectively.
Time Management
- Ability to work in US
time zones (EST).
- Handle multiple
requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with
US staffing companies.
- Knowledge of tax terms:
W2, C2C, 1099.
