Scope: 

  • The Information Technology Group (ITG) comprises of Business Applications, Network & Operations, and Information Technology divisions; we support all business functions of Blue Yonder by focusing on building efficiencies in all processes. We focus on people, process and technology to collaborate and partner with our business users. 
  • The team is structured to have application support, focusing on minor enhancements and break-fix requests and developers focusing on strategic projects. Developers and support teams will support the Product Manager to ensure enhancements are produced to assist with roadmap and strategy. We are currently dispersed across Hyderabad, India, Scottsdale, AZ, and Waukesha, WI. 
  • The overall scope of this Product manager is to support various projects and support activities. You will work closely with business users, developers, and support teams to ensure enhancements align with business and management strategy. 
  • The immediate team is made up of 1 developer, and 2 support associates. Many teams work closely with us to ensure success, providing further levels of support in applications, integrations and infrastructure. 

Technical Environment: 

  • Internal Applications: Gainsight, Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Salesforce, Apptus, ServiceNow, SQL, Upland PSA, SharePoint, Workday, Azure Data platform, Azure Devops, PowerBI, Data Lake etc. 
  • Frameworks: Agile, ITIL, ITAM

What will you do: 

  • Engage with immediate, and extended, ITG team and business operations POC’s to understand roadmaps and vision. 
  • Bridge the gap between enterprise system capabilities and business processes. 
  • Users point of contact for features and releases. 
  • Developers point of contact for requirements and use cases. 
  • Support product execution across multiple squads 
  • Collaborate with team to celebrate successes and build on opportunities. 
  • Become familiar with backlog requests and priorities. 
  • Demonstrate trust and confidence from, and with, key stakeholders for given applications: Facilitate strategy meetings, collaborate on business vision and roadmap and work closely with vendor and developers for release and upgrade readiness. 
  • Report sprint planning, progress, and retrospective details to management and stakeholders: attend sprint related meetings and make necessary adjustments to align with priorities and ensure task priority is determined. 
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of understanding of business processes: Work with business stakeholders and ITG team to consolidate and update (where necessary) process documentation to support vision and strategy. 
  • Multi-task across multiple platforms: show ability to suggest solutions spanning multiple applications. 
  • Manage enhancement request backlog; review new requests for relevancy, determine priorities based on new and backlog work. 
  • Support product execution across multiple squads 
  • Collaborate with team to celebrate successes and build on opportunities.

  • We are looking for Gainsight Solution Architect who will be able to help us with 
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement Gainsight solutions that align with the company's customer success goals and enhance client engagement. 
  • Looking for candidate working on Customer 360, Journey Orchestrator/Digital Journey, Rules Engine, timeline, cockpit, Success Plans, CTA's, Insights-Reports & Dashboard, Administration, APIs & Connectors
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Work in close partnership with our Customer Experience (CX) and account management teams to seamlessly integrate Gainsight into our customer lifecycle processes. 
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Gainsight's data analytics capabilities to extract actionable insights that drive customer success initiatives and business growth. 
  • Adoption and Expansion: Drive the adoption of Gainsight across the organization and contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showcasing the platform's value to clients. 
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on Gainsight best practices and trends in customer success to continually improve customer engagement strategies. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to align customer success initiatives with broader company goals. 
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they can effectively use Gainsight to improve customer outcomes. 
  • Help with other Gainsight modules like Customer Success, Product Experience etc. 
  • Responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the Gainsight platform. They work closely with stakeholders to understand their customer success goals and design solutions to meet those objectives. 
  • Define how the Gainsight platform will be tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. 
  • Involved in data integration, ensuring that Gainsight is seamlessly connected with other systems to provide a holistic view of customer data. 
  • Product Owner responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery, including scoping, planning, and resource allocation. 
  • Serve as technical experts on the Gainsight platform, staying updated on the latest features and capabilities to provide guidance to clients on best practices.
