Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee our team of Frontend Developers on WordPress. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge and experience with various WordPress page editors such as Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, and more. This role requires strong client communication abilities and exceptional project management skills to ensure high-quality standards and the successful achievement of project goals.

Requirements:

Expert Skills Required in the Following Areas:

• HTML/CSS: Advanced proficiency in creating and styling web pages.
• WordPress Editors: Extensive experience with page builders like Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, etc.
• Themes and Plugins: In-depth knowledge of theme customization and plugin integration.
• Content Management: Efficiently manage and organize website content.
• Security: Ensure website security by implementing best practices and using security plugins.
• Responsive Design: Create and optimize websites for various devices and screen sizes.
• WordPress Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues and bugs.
• Form Functions/Email Notifications: Implement and manage forms and email notification systems.
• WooCommerce/Woo Addons: Extensive experience with WooCommerce and related add-ons.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance website performance and load times.

Intermediate Skills Required in the Following Areas:

• Custom Development: Develop custom solutions and functionalities as per client requirements.
• Multi-site WordPress (Network): Manage and maintain multi-site WordPress websites (Good to have)

• JavaScript/jQuery/PHP : Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery for interactive web features.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize WordPress databases.
• Version Control: Use version control systems like Git for code management.
• REST API: Work with REST APIs for integrating external services.
• Advanced Custom Fields: Utilize ACF for custom content management solutions.
• FTP / cPanel / Hosting: Manage website hosting, FTP, and cPanel configurations.
• Server & DNS Issues: Handle server configurations, DNS settings, and related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain development standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in web development.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows to manage ticket resolution, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
• Client Communication experience is a must 
• Excellent problem solving skills 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in WordPress Frontend development and project management.
• Team handling experience is mandatory. 
• Proven track record of managing and leading development teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in client communication and project management.
