MAKE AN IMPACT
Location: Mumbai
· Experience: 5+yr
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather and document business requirements for Gloss-related projects.
· Conduct analysis of existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
· Maintain clear and concise documentation for reference and audit purposes.
· Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
· Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 yrs of experience as a BA
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Gloss/finance domain.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
· Familiarity with Gloss-related tools and systems is a plus.
