Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management: Organize content as per industry standards, manage gold source content and promote culture of reusability within stakeholders and downstream support functions. Also identifies frequently used content/information and packages as snippets for ease of identification and reuse. Expertise in consolidating multiple existing content platforms and organizing in an efficient manner. Classify content into archive, duplicate, current, expired, expiring etc., and helps plan remediation actions.
- Content Management: Manage a volume of content, track changes, and versions effectively to maintain documentation accuracy and relevance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Offering Design teams to gather necessary inputs and insights for content creation, ensuring alignment with service offerings.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with multiple global teams to gather inputs and create time-bound deliverables, ensuring cohesive and timely documentation.
- Content Development: Create end-to-end capability documentation and collaterals related to our offerings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
- Marketing/Sales Collaterals: Develop SWOT analyses, Battlecards, and sales pitches to support marketing and sales efforts, showcasing our competitive strengths and market positioning.
- Analyst Engagement: Engage with industry analysts to support market positioning strategies and certifications, leveraging their insights to enhance our offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in managing knowledge and content through various platforms such as Seismic, Microsoft Sharepoint etc.
- Has experience consolidating repositories and setup an efficient structure.
- Experience managing various type of content – documents, videos, pages etc.
- Setup usage reports that help efficient decision making of content.
- Content writing roles within the Cloud and IT Outsourcing domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with Content and Image editing tools – MS Office, Adobe etc.
- Proven creativity to produce content in various scales – Word, PPT, Flyers/images and emails.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing content versions effectively.
- Familiarity with engaging industry analysts for market positioning and certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
