ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
- Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning
- Proven experience delivering on complex data science projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
