Position Overview
Addition to the India Accounting TeamKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Monthly GL Reconciliation
Process invoices, payments etc. in adherence to tax regulations
Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Manage GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance
Assisting in Audits
Good knowledge of MS Excel
EDUCATION AND professional experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
4+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in accounting software's
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Working knowledge of banking and Indian GAAP accounting
Knowledge of audit procedures and regulatory compliances
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information in an understandable manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
