- BugSnag helps engineering teams proactively monitor application stability by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving software errors across web, mobile, and backend applications.
About the Role
- Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery and customer evaluations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and assist with proof of concepts.
- Work with customers to understand application monitoring and stability challenges.
- Provide technical guidance on integrating BugSnag into modern development workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share customer feedback.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of observability, cloud technologies, and modern software development.
We are looking for you if you have
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, QA, or a customer-facing technical role.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques.
- Experience with APIs, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, mobile development, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering
