Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for InterQual Customize in alignment with product roadmap and architectural standards
- Own end-to-end development activities including design, coding, testing, and production support for assigned features and components
- Contribute to system design discussions and ensure implementations follow secure, scalable, and maintainable engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver committed outcomes
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote solid engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and Agile delivery

AI Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivering high-quality solutions using CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools
- Solid understanding of system design principles, coding standards, and testing practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and mentor junior engineers
