Primary Responsibilities:

• AWS Cloud Services
  • AWS Lambda - writing, deploying, and debugging functions (Node.JS or Python)
  • Amazon DynamoDB - basic read/write operations and table design
  • Amazon API Gateway - creating and managing REST APIs
  • AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK - infrastructure as code for AWS resource provisioning
  • Amazon S3 - storage, bucket policies, and lifecycle rules
  • Amazon CloudWatch - logs, metrics, alarms, and dashboards
  • AWS IAM - roles, policies, and least-privilege access principles
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure role.
• 1+ years of direct hands-on exposure to Amazon Connect setup and configuration.
• Demonstrable experience working with AWS services in a production environment.
• Amazon Connect
  • Experience setting up Amazon Connect instances end-to-end - queues, flows, routing profiles, agent hierarchy
  • Familiarity with Contact Flow design using the Amazon Connect flow editor
  • Basic understanding of Lex V2 bot integration with Amazon Connect
  • Knowledge of Amazon Connect CCP (Contact Control Panel) and agent workspace
• DevOps & Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Version control using Git - branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation
  • Understanding of deployment environments (Dev / QA / UAT / Prod) and environment promotion practices
  • Familiarity with JSON / YAML for configuration files, CloudFormation templates, and flow exports

Preferred Qualification:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification
