Software Engineer

Opportunity Overview:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced full-stack developer to join a healthcare analytics company and deliver meaningful outcomes that reduce the cost of care. Candidates will work closely with engineering leadership, operations, and data science to build intelligence in the system. This will involve constant learning and application to solve business problems. This position will require the candidate to be an out of the box thinker, curiosity, and great attention to detail.  This role offers the potential to grow at Cohere Health, deliver scalable solutions and transform payment services. What you’ll do:

• Design and build high quality software applications which help clinicians to deliver the right care at the right place and right time.
• Develop maintainable, efficient code in languages like NodeJS in the native cloud environment.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to identify bugs and ensure the delivery of the high-quality, secure code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feature functionality aligns with business and client requirements.

What you’ll need:

Must-haves

We are a Growth startup company and expect each team member to take initiative, and spot and solve problems. 

• 6+ years’ experience as developer
• 2+ years of experience with full stack application development
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages 
• React development skills, and front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• NodeJS, Backend – Micro services, python
• Expertise in designing scalable application
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Design database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Experience with unit test and debugging skills
• Experience with AWS cloud-based services – lambda, S3, EC2, and enterprise software environments
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills and good Communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science OR Master’s in Computer Science
• Plus multi-tenant product development experience
• Plus, React Native experience
• Plus, Java & Spring Boot framework experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
