Software Engineer II

Why Lytx: 

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help accelerate our industry leading Driver Safety. Our products manage massive amounts of data collected from over 700,000 vehicles worldwide. We use the data and video to derive intelligent insights using Machine Vision and AI. We also track real time telematics for all devices on the network.

You’ll Get To: 

• Rapidly prototype, deploy, and test innovative solutions within our markets. 

• Provide state-of-the-art user experiences across mobile and desktop solutions.
• Grow and build out your skills by participating in developing and operating scalable production services and user interface. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Need:  

• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong expertise in backend development with a primary focus on C#.
  • Web development proficiency, specifically using Angular 12+
  • Proficiency in AWS for cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with MongoDB for efficient data management.

• Programming Languages:
  • Proficiency in C#, emphasizing it as the primary object-oriented language. 
  • Knowledge of Java as a good-to-have secondary skill.
• Database Management:
  • In-depth understanding and application of NoSQL Database principles, ideally Mongo DB.
