As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase with in Employee Platforms Group you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job responsibilities

• We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical expert.
• Working with the stakeholders to understand and review the requirements of HCM Integrations
• Gathering business requirements, developing technical requirement documents.
• Building Interfaces on Oracle HCM using the available framework.
• Build proficiency with the HCM modules Core HR, ORC, Absence management, Talent management, Benefits and other areas as required by the project.
• Unit testing, quality reviews, issue identification and resolution.
• Able to utilize JIRA and other project management tools used for tracking purposes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Oracle HCM Cloud
• PL/SQL and SQL development experience
• Oracle HCM Extracts and Fast Formula

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• B.Tech degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented, team player and who could thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
