Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. Your role involves overseeing the end-to-end software development process and ensuring successful project delivery.

- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead software development projects effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in configuring and customizing software systems
- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill
- This position is based at our Pune office
