About the Role
Techdome is looking for a Shopify Developer to build high-converting e-commerce storefronts and contribute to digital growth. You'll work across Shopify development, performance optimization, SEO, analytics, CRO, and growth marketing — taking storefronts from design and development through launch and continuous optimization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and customize Shopify stores using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready Shopify experiences
- Build custom sections, templates, and reusable storefront components
- Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile experiences
- Integrate Shopify apps, APIs, payments, analytics, reviews, and subscriptions
- Support SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email/SMS campaigns, and CRO initiatives
- Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Run and support A/B testing and conversion optimization programs
- Collaborate with design and content teams on campaigns and product launches
What You Need (Must-Haves)
- 2–5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience
- Strong experience with Shopify Liquid
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design and performance optimization
- Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, email/SMS marketing, or D2C growth
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused e-commerce experiences
Nice to Have
- Shopify Plus experience
- Git/version control knowledge
- Experience with CRO and heatmap tools
- Exposure to Hydrogen, Next.js, or Shopify Storefront API
- Experience with Klaviyo, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
