Main responsibilities: 

•   Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. 

• Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

• Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Mapping, Data Governance, CMDB Management), HRSD, and CSM.

• Scripting: Write and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts.

• Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and functionality.

•  Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications and processes

• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver robust solutions. 

• Best Practices: Implement and promote ServiceNow best practices and industry standards. 

• Support: Provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. 

• 3+ Years of extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Components, CMDB and CSDM Data Foundation.

• Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt.

• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. 

• Dashboard and Reports development. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and leadership skills. 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. 

• CSA is a must. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. 

Proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow projects.
