Role Overview:

As an SEO Manager at LoginRadius, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. Your role will involve crafting and executing robust SEO strategies, optimizing content, conducting thorough keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics. Your primary objective is to boost our visibility, attract targeted traffic, and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to the LoginRadius website.
  

• Keyword Research: Identify and target relevant search terms and phrases to improve our search visibility.
  

• Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements to maximize search engine performance.
  

• Performance Analysis: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to assess website performance, identify improvement areas, and gauge the success of SEO initiatives.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied throughout the site.
  

• Reporting and Insights: Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  

• Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to refine and enhance our strategies.
  

• Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of competitors to identify opportunities and develop strategies to surpass them in search rankings.
  

• Alignment with Business Goals: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure SEO efforts align with broader business objectives.
  

• Guidance and Recommendations: Provide SEO advice and recommendations to various teams and stakeholders, including content creators, web developers, and management.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  

• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  

• Expertise in on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture for effective content optimization.
  

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  

• 7+ years of experience
  

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or in a similar role.
  

• Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving website traffic.
  

• Experience in managing SEO campaigns and optimizing websites across various industries.
  

• Knowledge of local SEO and mobile optimization is preferred.
  

• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO certifications is a plus.
  

• Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on SEO is a bonus.
