About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant .
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with platforms generating loan closing packages
- Experience with document management including image, retention, and storage
- Demonstrated ability as a Business BA
- Assist with research/analysis tasks for critical system problems to help determine a root cause
- 2+ years of commercial banking or loan experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Business BA or a Product Owner, 4+ years of product development or product management experience is plus and preferable
- Experienced in business systems analysis/requirements experience, design experience, or a combination of both for nCino/Salesforce and Legacy systems or Legacy applications
- Assist with research/analysis tasks for critical system problems to help determine a root cause
- Knowledge on nCino/Salesforce integration and document /storage, and platforms generating loan closing packages example, Wholesale Loan Forms, SimplyDocs, LaserPro and BBOS Library
- Experience with document management including image, retention, and storage
Job Expectations:
- Strong Agile Principles and proven execution skills
- 4 years of experience executing Agile project methodologies
- Proven experience with writing strong user stories
- High level knowledge of loan documents
- High level attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/participate both in-person and remote cross functional business requirements gathering sessions
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Support complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead/support detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problem
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Power Point, EXCEL, WORD
- 4+ years of business systems analysis/requirements experience, design experience, or a combination of both
- 4+ years of product development or product management experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 3+ years of strategic planning experience
