Primary Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy, Planning & Delivery
  • Define and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency maps across Claims, Eligibility, and platform modernization initiatives
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams using agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Track and report program health, risks, issues, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, architecture, operations, data, and compliance
  • Drive alignment, resolve blockers, and manage inter-program dependencies
• Financial, Risk & Dependency Management
  • Manage program financials, forecasts, and benefits realization
  • Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and technology risks
• Modernization Enablement
  • Accelerate initiatives such as F6, cloud migrations, and SOT adoption
  • Support reduction of legacy footprint and measurable cost savings
• Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • Define and track KPIs tied to schedule predictability, quality, resiliency, and business impact
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in program or delivery management for large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Expertise in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, PBM, claims, or eligibility platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory initiatives and cloud modernization
