Responsibilities
- Construct and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to guide capital markets strategies.
- Facilitate fundraising efforts, manage relationships with investors and lenders, and prepare materials for due diligence processes.
- Design investor presentations and Management Information System (MIS) reports to ensure clear communication of financial health.
- Compile board packs and executive management reports, including business performance dashboards that highlight critical metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators to deliver actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Evaluate operational and business performance data to uncover trends, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-centric decisions.
- Lead process improvement projects and develop analytical tools to enhance overall business efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives by conducting market research and evaluating potential business expansions.
- Formulate business cases for new ventures and partnerships while tracking industry shifts, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics,
Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• MBA, PGDM, CA, CFA, or other relevant postgraduate
qualifications are preferred.
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Management
Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Business Analytics,
Founder's Office, or related roles.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
(mandatory).
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and insights
for senior management, investors, or lenders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
and drive business outcomes.
