Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex cloud programs leveraging AWS and other cloud-native services.

Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud initiatives with business goals and technical requirements.
-
Ensure program milestones are met with high quality and in alignment with organizational objectives.
-
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
-
Drive cloud security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
-
Optimize cloud costs by evaluating and implementing cost-efficient strategies.
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to discuss cloud architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
-
Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and operational excellence to enhance program efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 15 years+ of experience in managing large-scale, complex cloud programs.

Ability to facilitate discussions on cloud architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability with technical teams.

Experience engaging with cloud solution architects to drive technical solutions.

Excellent program management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks for cloud environments.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
