In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of experience in Front end developer – Angular
- 4+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL.
- Customize and brand environments according to business needs, ensuring that the design adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and enhances the user experience.
- Ensure all pages and applications are mobile-responsive and accessible across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), including design, querying, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to debug and optimize code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Well versed with Agile/Scrum and DevOps software development methodologies and processes.
- Should take ownership and accountability and deliver the tasks within project timelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.
Job Expectations:
- Work independently to design and code simple technical solutions for assigned work within secure code practices.
- Support design and code reviews to incorporate capabilities of upgrade infrastructure.
- Ability to present work in design sessions and engage in open minded dialog of input and feedback
- Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.
- Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
- Ability to write and use automated tests and Java doc during development
- Demonstrated flexible to adjust and shift within priorities as set by team management.
- Work with Management to report progress against goals to expand team's use of latest infrastructure techniques.
