Full-stack developer responsible for building and enhancing Fidelity's internal Digital Exchange Platform using Angular, Node.js, and Document DB. Job Description:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Digital Exchange Platform, an internal developer platform that is central to Fidelity's digital transformation efforts. You will work on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our users. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and effectiveness of our development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance features of the Digital Exchange Platform using Angular, Node.js, and Document DB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the platform.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Must-have Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Angular for front-end development.
- Extensive experience with Node.js for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Document DB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of full-stack development principles and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good-to-have Skills:
- Experience with React.js.
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Understanding of cloud environments and services.
- Experience working on internal developer platforms or similar tools.
