Senior Software Engineer Lead - Full stack - Java/AI/Angular

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of large-scale, distributed, and high-performance backend systems
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud patterns
• Develop complex features using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and REST APIs
• Build scalable microservices with strong focus on performance, concurrency, and memory optimization
• Implement asynchronous processing (Completable Future, Reactive programming, Kafka)
• Optimize JVM performance, garbage collection tuning, thread management
• Use DevOps tools to automate builds, deployments, and pipelines:
  • Maven/Gradle
  • Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Integrate AI capabilities - such as AI-powered search, autonomous workflows, recommendation systems, document analysis, and support agents - into Java applications.
  • Create, optimize, and manage prompt templates, context window strategies, and AI orchestration flows for LLM powered features

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of Java development experience (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Experience with Java AI frameworks (DJL, Tribuo, LangChain4j, Spring AI)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations
• Solid knowledge of multithreading, distributed systems, and event driven architectures
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent design principles
