Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for complex, enterprise-scale platforms and services
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to improve quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, architecture patterns, and engineering practices
• Mentor senior engineers and development teams, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Champion operational excellence through automation, observability, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while balancing short-term delivery objectives with long-term platform sustainability
• Drive platform modernization initiatives and support adoption across multiple teams and business areas
• Contribute to strategic planning, technical decision-making, and cross-functional leadership initiatives
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications and distributed systems
• 6+ years of experience strong programming skills in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, GoLang, Python, C# etc.
• 4+ years of experience building solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• 4+ years of experience of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing frameworks, and automation practices
