The Senior is a senior technical role responsible for leading end-to-end software engineering activities while providing solid technical direction and hands-on contribution. This role applies engineering principles to the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.
The Tech Lead plays a critical role in technical decision-making, mentoring engineers, ensuring quality across deliverables, and driving innovation, efficiency, and future-ready technology solutions within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software engineering activities including
- Requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
- Drive adoption of microservices architecture and engineering best practices
- Remain hands-on into coding, debugging, testing, and performance tuning
- Review code and ensure adherence to design patterns, standards, and quality benchmarks
- Lead and support test automation, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives
- Guide teams in functional, regression, and system integration testing
- Oversee application support and production issue resolution
- Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
- Identify and remove technical blockers and risks
- Build reusable components, shared frameworks, and utilities to improve efficiency
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and techniques to enhance engineering capability
- Influence architectural decisions and future technology direction
- Ensure quality is built into every deliverable and process
- Mentor and support the growth of team members

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity or experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs development (Node/ExpressJS, Java/Spring boot, etc.), React ,Gen AI, Azure Cloud, programming language (Python, Java, Go), Build & CI/CD pipeline tools like Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions, NLP & ML techniques such as RAG, Embedding, Tokenization, Chunking, sentiment analysis, text generation, LLM models deployment. CODEX and Opensource framework & platform to build LLM applications
