About the Role:
We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated, and passionate technical experts who would love to join us in solving the hardest problems in the EPM space. If you are capable of diving deep into our tech stack to glean through memory allocations, floating point calculations, and data indexing (in addition to many others), come join us.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for improving the performance and maintainability of existing code, by refactoring and optimizing certain components
- Designing and developing new features for our cloud-based financial planning and analysis platform
- Refactoring and optimizing existing code to improve performance and maintainability
- Testing and debugging software to ensure that it meets our high quality standards
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineers, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their careers
- Contributing to technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals
What you Bring to the Table
- 7-10 years of experience in software development including ASP.NET/C# with Strong Problem- Solving Skills
- Strong computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms.
- Strong high and low level design skills along with a problem solving mindset.
- Proficient in modern web development technologies and techniques, including AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript, J-Query, AngularJS or ReactJS, CSS, Responsive Design, web services, SQL and/or No-Sql databases etc.
- Expertise in disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and points in between.
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and databases.
- Proven skills to recognize and adopt best practices in software engineering architecture, design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
- Should be comfortable with providing high and low level work estimates.
- Engineering degree from premium institutes will be an added advantage.
