We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This position is available at a Clarivate office in Hyderabad. Part of the Global Sales Operations team this role reports to the Director of Sales Operations. This role is a high-impact role responsible for driving the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) sales enablement initiatives and embedding technologies to automate sales processes and initiatives. This role will help architect, implement, and oversee programs that increase sales team productivity, effectiveness, and agility in a rapidly evolving market landscape. The role demands a seasoned professional with a blend of good business acumen, project management excellence, and a deep understanding of how technology can be leveraged to enhance sales outcomes.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related field, with at least 4 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Sales Operations & Enablement programs and leading or supporting Sales Transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating technology solutions into sales processes with measurable success.
  • Expertise in Salesforce governance, administration, and best practices, with the ability to design and optimize sales processes and workflows within the platform. - Familiarity with various sales technology and productivity tools, such as CRM (salesforce preferred), social selling, and e-signature software, and the ability to evaluate, select, implement, and train on the most relevant solutions for the sales team. - Experience in maintaining a sales technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Execution: Partner with key stakeholders in LS&H sales community to execute a comprehensive sales technology program that aligns with LS&H goals, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the sales and sales operations processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Incorporate best practices and innovative solutions, including selective use of technologies, to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Sales Technology Evolution: Drive the adoption and optimization of CRM and sales technology solutions across the LS&H sales organization, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Monitor and measure the effectiveness and ROI of sales enablement activities and investments, using data-driven insights and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve and iterate. Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in sales enablement and sales technology, and recommend new solutions or enhancements as appropriate.
  • Advanced Sales Training & Development: Spearhead advanced training programs that equip the sales team with the skills needed to effectively utilize new technologies, methodologies, and strategies for enhanced sales performance.
  • Performance Metrics & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and technology integrations. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously refine strategies.

About the Team

We are a 10+ team of System and Sales Analysts in Hyderabad, the department is part of a large Global Sales Operations function serving a community of 600+ sales professionals.

Hours of Work

Working Hours: 2pm – 11pm IST

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode-Hybrid
