Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, application onboarding, RBAC configuration, provisioning workflows, access review, and certification campaigns.
Software Requirements:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL/Stored Procedures
- HTML, REST/SCIM API (optional)
- Active Directory, LDAP
- Privileged Account Management tools (CyberArk, etc.) (optional)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on specified requirements.
- Develop and maintain connectors for application onboarding, including AD, Web Services, JDBC, etc.
- Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Design and implement provisioning workflows and policies for Joiner/Mover/Leaver scenarios.
- Set up access review and certification campaigns in SailPoint.
- Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) within the identity governance framework.
- Develop and maintain custom rules, tasks, and reports in SailPoint.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Application Onboarding:
- Proficient in methodologies for various platforms such as Active Directory, Web Services, JDBC, and others.
RBAC & Provisioning:
- In-depth understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and its implementation in SailPoint.
- Experience in designing and managing provisioning processes and Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows.
Certification & SoD:
- Capable of setting up and managing access certifications within SailPoint.
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy enforcement and management.
Programming & Development:
- Strong programming experience in Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL/Stored Procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain custom rules, tasks, and reports in SailPoint.
Optional Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, REST/SCIM API design and development.
- Familiarity with Privileged Account Management tools (e.g., CyberArk).
Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong experience in business roles, analysis, design, and implementation.
Day-to-Day Activity:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain connectors for application onboarding.
- Configure and manage RBAC within SailPoint.
- Design and implement provisioning workflows and policies.
- Set up and manage access review and certification campaigns.
- Enforce Segregation of Duties within the identity governance framework.
- Develop and maintain custom rules, tasks, and reports in SailPoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification is highly desirable.
